DEVELOPING & BUILDING BRANDS TO ATTRACT FOOTFALL & INCREASE REVENUES We have renamed, rebranded and reinvigorated shopping and leisure destinations of all sizes from; Duke of York Square in Sloane Street, to Midsummer Walk in Milton Keynes, Bluewater and a range of ex-Mall owned shopping centres across the country. We understand the importance and the role of branding and communication to create a vision for any mixed-use destination. Not only to attract the right new tenants but to provide the right niche and overall brand styling to suit the local community and location. This also involves getting current tenants onside and helping to manage change within any scheme to improve and enhance the overall offering. Our experience has also extended into corporate business identity work, office signage, interior brand look and feel and even major art installations. Giving a vision to clients and adding value to brands that are consumer facing, or business facing are equally exciting to us.
